The Competition Commission has launched a TV commercial to raise the public’s awareness of the undesirable results brought by resale price maintenance (RPM) arrangements between suppliers and distributors. The commercial features Philip Keung (姜皓文) and is directed by Chan Kin-Long(陳健朗), who won the Best New Director award at the Hong Kong Film Awards for his film "Hand Rolled Cigarette"(手捲煙). The Key Visuals is being displayed at several MTR stations.
